Important Notice |

- All hotel reservation should be made on the website of AsCA2010 at www.asca2010.org, and any change in booking must be informed in writing to the secretariat of AsCA2010, NOT directly to the hotel.
- Hotel Reservation should be made until October 24, 2010. Room booking and changes made after October 24, 2010 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.
- Valid credit card information should be submitted in order to secure booking and room only charges should be settled upon check out directly to the hotel.
- Government Tax (10%) shall be added to the above rate for all hotels.
- The above room rate does not include the breakfast fee at all hotels, unless stated otherwise.
- Standard check-in time of 2:00pm and check-out time of 12:00am apply to all hotels.
